Paco Eniground is a lifelong self-learner whose perspective has been shaped by travel, challenges, relationships, successes, failures, mistakes and the lessons that followed.
Rather than viewing life from a distance, Paco believes in stepping into experience observing what happens, questioning it, learning from it and carrying that knowledge forward.
Paco describes himself as pragmatic, thoughtful, open-minded, passionate and intensely curious about people and life.
He has spent much of his life navigating change, difficult decisions and unfamiliar situations. Those experiences taught him that knowledge does not come only from books, classrooms or experts. Some lessons can only become meaningful when they are personally experienced.
Today, his focus is simpler: live in the present, protect what matters, take advantage of worthwhile opportunities and continue learning from whatever life brings next.

For Paco, self-education and self-learning are not the same thing. Self-education can involve independently studying existing knowledge. Self-learning goes further — it is the knowledge acquired by living through real situations, making decisions and experiencing their consequences personally.
Existing knowledge can be valuable, but Paco believes it can also become incomplete, insufficient or questionable when it is disconnected from real-world experience.
Paco's approach is built around a simple progression
Paco's relationship with learning developed early. He describes earning an engineering degree while relying heavily on independent preparation rather than conventional classroom attendance.
Learning became something I had to own.
Business, travel and personal experiences took Paco through more than 20 countries and exposed him to different cultures, perspectives and ways of living.
Experience expands what theory cannot.
During the pandemic, travelling was no longer possible. Paco began documenting his life, experiences, ideas and adventures initially with no serious intention of becoming an author.
Writing became another form of reflection.
Years later, a search for a dancing partner led Paco into international online dating and hundreds of unexpected interactions. What began as one goal developed into a much broader learning experience involving trust, relationships, communication, human behaviour and intimacy.
Conversations about the lessons Paco had learned encouraged him to reconsider his private writing. Those experiences eventually became the foundation of his Experiential Books written not merely to tell stories, but to share what he had learned while living them.
I started by documenting a life I was still trying to understand.
Paco began writing during the pandemic primarily as a personal exercise. He documented himself, his life and his adventures, and later wrote about other subjects that interested or challenged him.
He initially used publishing and copyright channels largely to establish authorship and ownership of what he had created not because he had already decided to build a public career as a writer.
That changed after a later period of intense communication and relationship experiences. Paco found himself sharing lessons and observations with people around the world. Their interest in those conversations made him consider that the experiences he had documented privately might also be worth sharing publicly.

Paco's identity is not defined by writing alone.
Travel has exposed him to different cultures and ways of thinking. Music and dancing became important parts of his life. Good food, meaningful company, intimacy, exploration and writing all form part of how he experiences the present.
His musical interests move across different worlds — from blues, soul, rock & roll, jazz and gospel to bachata, merengue, salsa and kizomba.

There will always be another challenge, another decision, another person, another unfamiliar situation And therefore another opportunity to learn.
